Benefits & Proceeds

In my travels, each and every place I travel to leaves a lasting impression on me and enriches my life in so many ways. As I have come to know the people of these remote villages and distant towns, I have witnessed just what a difference we can make in the lives of others. My goal through Tessera is to not only bring the exquisite crafts of these artisans to you, but also to improve the quality of life in many of the countries we visit. One way we do this is by acquiring our products directly from the artisans and craftsman. In turn this supports the economy of their local villages. The other, and perhaps more meaningful way, is by donating a percentage of our sales to charities and organizations that benefit the remarkable people of these places.

Below are a few stories about the people and places who have touched our lives and who have inspired us, with your help, to give back.
